How long will my order take to ship?

Pieces marked ‘made to order’ will be started once you place your order. Pottery has a lot of steps before completion which takes about 4-6 weeks. Due to this, orders can take up to 6 weeks to ship. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

How do I wash my pottery?

Handwashing is recommended so that your piece can stay in its best condition for as long as possible.

Where do you ship?

I ship to anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most international countries. Enter your address at checkout and it will show whether your location is available to ship to  

Can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email catgirlpottery@gmail.com promptly. If your order has already been started, then it will not be able to be changed or cancelled.

What is the return policy?

Due to the pieces being made to order, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please email catgirlpottery@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

Can I shop in person?

Yes! I participate in makers markets in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. I always post what markets I will be at on my Instagram - @catgirlpottery - so that is the best place for quick updates.
